The Golf Season is Among Us...Finally!

The weather is slowly warming, trees are beginning to bloom, and the grass is green and growing.  It could only mean one thing...the golf season is here again.  Its time to dig the golf clubs out of storage, dust them off, and get them in the trunk of your car.

At the start of every season there are plenty of news, reminders, and changes to cover to get you ready.  There are leagues, tournaments, new merchandise, etc. etc. etc.  The "News from the View" will keep you up to date and informed on all the happenings at your private club for the day, Fairview.

Fairview's VIG Club

The VIG Club was developed last year as a new way to say Thank You for being a loyal customer to Fairview Golf Course.  The benefits include receiving award points each time you play golf and/or purchase merchandise from the pro shop.  When a member's Loyalty Awards balance reaches 15, they can use the award points to take $15 off of their green fees.  VIG Members will also receive $2 off their green fees at any of our Distinct Golf Courses, the opportunity to purchase select special items in the pro shop, and special offers in our bar and restaurant through out the season.  The Loyalty Awards Points do not expire from one year to the next.  So, if you joined last year, you still have all of your points.

Its free to join for anybody interested.  All you have to do is ask the next time you are in the pro shop.  You will receive a wallet and 2 key ring size cards with a bar code registered to your customer profile.  Prior to purchasing green fees or merchandise show us your VIG card to guarantee that you receive the credit, and we can properly say Thank You for choosing Fairview.

PING Custom Fitting:

In addition to the Custom Fitting Iron Cart, we have also added the PING Custom Fitting Driver Bag.  The Driver Fitting system gives hundreds of options in Driver Heads, Lofts, and Shafts to find the optimal driver for your swing.

This year, PING is also offering custom fit G5 Irons with steel shafts for $56 per Iron.  This is $31.50 less per Iron than the current G10 Irons.

  The pro shop has also added Callaway Custom Iron and Driver Fitting.  Hundreds of options available in Irons, Driver Heads, Lofts, and Shafts.

For all of you current Callaway product owners.  We also offer the Trade In, Trade Up! Program.  Trade in your old Callaway Irons, Woods, Putters, etc. directly to Callaway, and receive credit towards new equipment.
